LOS ANGELES, USA // Laura Sampedro is a creative with 20+ years experience across four countries and three continents. In September 2020, she joined MullenLowe LA as Executive Creative Director, where she’s currently leading the creative transformation of the office, which offers creativity for clients such as Corona, Acura, Grey Goose, Patron, Arizona Coyotes or Hawaiian Airlines.

Priorly, she was Group Creative Director at Anomaly NY, where she provided creative leadership across several pieces of business. In July 2020, after a competitive pitch she created Coca-Cola’s first global campaign since the pandemic started, which was shortly followed by the agency winning the Coke US account.

For over five years she was Creative Director at Wieden+Kennedy London, where she was responsible for global and regional award-winning work for Lurpak, Honda and Finish.

During a two-year stint in Sydney, Laura was Executive Creative Director at the iconic Aussie agency BMF, where she played a key role in the creative turnaround of the agency and its main client, ALDI supermarkets.

Formerly she succeeded in the Spanish market: four years leading the work for Renault Automotive and six years at Sra. Rushmore, one of Spain’s most successful creative boutiques. As a key senior member of their team, she contributed to make it number one in creativity and effectiveness for five years in a row.

Her work across different media has been recognized with more than a hundred international awards, including D&AD, Cannes Lions, The One Show, Clios, LIA, British Arrows, El Sol, Spikes and FIAP, among others. She has also served as jury member in advertising festivals like The One Show, British Arrows, AdAge Creativity Awards, El Sol or El Ojo de Iberoamerica.

She speaks three languages (English, Spanish and French) and is the proud mother of the brilliantly creative Leo and Telmo.
