NEW YORK, USA // Victor Lu is the Americas Lead for the award-winning Twitch Brand Partnership Studio in Twitch Advertising. Victor oversees creative strategy, creative production, program management, and talent relations disciplines to help brands create on Twitch through custom integrations, programming, interactive tech, sponsorships, and more. Victor joined Twitch in September 2020 to lead the Americas BPS team and expand the capabilities of what brands can do on Twitch through innovative custom programs such as: POG Picks, an original live shopping game show franchise, and the first Amazon Rewarded Ads integration on Twitch to deliver viewer rewards via Twitch interactive experiences. Victor has led the expansion of BPS capabilities into Canada, Mexico, and Brazil, embedded creative and activation support for Twitch Sales Partnerships and Twitch Properties, and drives custom interactive technology initiatives to service brands, communities, and creators alike. Prior to joining the Twitch Brand Partnership Studio, Victor’s previous work includes time at Warner Music Group, Fandom, Turner Broadcasting, and MTV. He holds a B.F.A. in Film and Television Production from NYU and currently lives with his wife and two kids in New York.
