IRVINE, USA // Justin is currently the Global Head and VP of Growth Marketing for Blizzard Entertainment. His career passion is building and launching world-class brands to commercial success and he has done so in two very different categories – Gaming and Automotive. Justin takes a data-first approach to problem solving and this has taken him on a journey to becoming an expert in both performance marketing and branding including successfully launching multiple mobile, console, and PC game titles across the Activision / Blizzard portfolio. As part of this success, he has a deep knowledge across all spectrums of performance marketing including, data analysis and engineering, marketing technology, CRM, and media buying.
Justin firmly believes that successful marketing leaders must be comfortable with both data and technology, as well as creative and brand building. He has been fortunate to have worked with and lead incredible teams that have achieved industry recognition, including winning Cannes Lions in Branded Content, Media, and Film, the Clio Global Advertiser of the Year award with VW, and contributing to the iconic VW Darth Vader Super Bowl spot.
Justin lives in Laguna Beach, CA with his wife, two boys, and dog Otis. They are avid campers, surfers, and mountain bikers and love being outside and exploring.
