NEW YORK / LOS ANGELES, USA // Joe is an award-winning executive creative director with a career that spans both coasts. His degree in Graphic Design and Advertising from The School of Visual Arts in New York City prepared him for work as a Motion Graphics Designer at MTV, Syfy and USA Network.

While at USA, Joe became their first-ever “PrEditor (writer, producer, editor) taking him from motion graphics into full trailer and promo creation. This set Joe on an accelerated path to becoming a creative director at A+E, where he led a campaign earning Lifetime its first Clio Gold for their original movie, “Big Driver”.

Next, Joe was tapped to become Amazon Studios first AV Creative Director shortly after Prime Video’s inception where he led the launch of their first ever tentpole original series: “The Man In The High Castle”. This fully-integrated 360 campaign was a hit for Amazon, earning Grand and Gold Clios during its 4-season run.

After a 5-year tenure at Amazon, where he creative directed over 20 series launches, Joe now leads the creative and strategy team at Northern Lights Agency, specializing in series launch and brand campaigns for broadcasters, cable networks and streamers.

Under Joe's strategic leadership, Northern Lights has cultivated an impressive roster of clients, including Disney+, Paramount+, FOX, Peacock, and Amazon Prime Video as well as nurturing the full Northern Lights Family team of passionate storytellers, who are all focused on delivering audiences, results and award-winning work for their clients.
