LOS ANGELES, USA // With 25+ years of experience as an award-winning Creative Director, editor, and Studio Executive in Film/TV Marketing and Creative Advertising, Des has a multi-faceted career in both the studio and agency side and has collaborated with some of the most incredible talents in the Entertainment Industry, including Trailer Park, The Ant Farm, and Paramount Pictures.

Des started her career as a Children’s Theater teacher and Trailer Editor, driving her commitment to building creative environments that foster imagination. A highlight of this was leading the Family and Animation division at Trailer Park Burbank. Here Des harnessed her love for YA, family live-action, and animation to lead an incredible team, highly recognized for their contribution to iconic campaigns such as FROZEN, COCO, ZOOTOPIA, and INSIDE OUT.

Currently, she’s focusing all her talent and passion on joining forces with some of her favorite colleagues, editors, and creators to launch the new full-service Creative Agency - Major Major.
