CHICAGO, USA // Kay Bradley is the Vice President of Marketing for the U.S. Soccer Federation. She is responsible for leading integrated marketing, fan engagement, digital strategy and content development for the Women’s and Men’s National Soccer teams. Focused on storytelling and fan engagement efforts with U.S. Soccer and its strategic brand and media partners, Kay champions innovative initiatives to elevate athletes, grow the game, and connect with next generation, multicultural fans. Operating at the intersection of sport and culture, Kay looks to push the boundaries of what properties and brands can accomplish together in service to developing more meaningful and engaging connections between the sport and its stakeholders.

Prior to the U.S. Soccer Federation, Kay served as VP of Brand Strategy for Cramer-Krasselt, responsible for building iconic brands through advertising and engagement planning. While at C-K, her clients included Constellation Brands (Corona, Casa Noble and Pacifico), Crocs, Edward Jones, Heinz, Panera Bread, and Porsche.

Kay graduated from Kellogg School of Management with her MBA in 2014 and now lives in Chicago with her husband and two young boys.
