Joshua is a widely recognized music industry leader with a track record of driving revenue and creating first-of-their-kind commerce opportunities for recording artists and creators that leverage new technologies, global platforms, and emerging formats. Her tech-savvy leadership and nimble strategic oversight have help propel artists and the wider music industry, to new heights and standards in digital innovation and audience engagement. In 2017, Joshua launched 10:22PM, her label venture with UMG, as a new blueprint, designed to redefine the content creation and distribution process, and fandom via new digital experiences, services, and products for artists.

Celine holds an M.B.A from University of Southern California. Dedicated to pushing the boundaries of digital and commercial innovation for the world’s biggest music acts, she has been recognized by Billboard on both their Power 100 list (2018, 2019, 2021) and Women in Music (2016-2021) and by Variety Power of Women (2021). Her innovations have also been highlighted across numerous leading publications, such as The New York Times and Bloomberg. Before joining UMG, Celine led the charge for commerce and monetization across Apple, Spotify, YouTube, and Amazon for Sony Music Group and Disney. Throughout her career, Celine has remained steadfast in her artist-first approach, championing the voices of recording artists and creators.
