Lichelli started her career in production, working on music videos and commercials until writing/directing her UCLA thesis film "The Truth About Angels." Lichelli then turned her attention to marketing and thanks to her world and industry knowledge as well as writing and production experience, skyrocketed through the ranks to become the VP of Creative Advertising at Alcon Entertainment.
