VP Global Creative Advertising
Sony Pictures Entertainment

CULVER CITY, USA // Trinidad-born, England-raised, California-matured, Lichelli Lazar-Lea's multi-ethnic and multicultural upbringing has given her a truly global perspective when it comes to creative advertising. Lichelli started her career in production, working on music videos and commercials until writing/directing her UCLA thesis film "The Truth About Angels." Lichelli then turned her attention to marketing and thanks to her world and industry knowledge as well as writing and production experience, skyrocketed through the ranks to become the VP of Creative Advertising at Alcon Entertainment. Lichelli touched all the creative at Alcon, from creative advertising to creative content and social/digital. Lichelli’s diverse background made her ideally suited to create marketing materials for Alcon's equally diverse slate of films, which ranged from Academy Award® winner “The Blind Side,” to “Dolphin Tale,” and “Blade Runner 2049.”

From Alcon Lichelli moved to Sony Pictures Entertainment where she has continued to use her diverse talents and global insight to the max. Most notably Lichelli created award winning content for the box office success, “Ghostbusters: Afterlife,” which included a 3D Time Square activation that was used worldwide, as well as the powerful international advertising campaign for “The Woman King.”
