ATLANTA, USA // Jen Louis Barrett is a 20+ year veteran of the digital entertainment industry with a focus on transforming how media companies interact and connect with consumers through the power of digital and product led experiences.
She has led this work for Fortune 500 companies including Meta where she is currently the Global Head of Entertainment, Creative Experiences working with partners across film, tv, streaming, publishing and sports to help them build meaningful connections with global audiences around their IP and across Meta’s platforms.
Jen and her multi-disciplinary teams have developed successful digital campaigns and experiences for some of the world’s (& her own) most loved IP including Marvel, Star Wars, Game of Thrones, Premier League and World Cup.
She believes equity is critical to innovation and this led to her creating Meta’s SEEN program for representation in Hollywood (est. 2017) through which she has led research, education, advocacy, creative and strategic support for 1000+ diverse filmmakers worldwide.
Prior to joining Meta in 2012, Jen was an award-winning Executive Creative Director for CNN Global and NBC’s The Weather Channel leading the design & development of their digital product experiences across all platforms and around the world.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Geena Davis Institute for Gender in Media and resides in Atlanta with her two tiniest loves Marcus and Hugo and husband (& markedly taller love) Ray.
