SÃO PAULO, BRAZIL // Named one of "the most influential people in the communication industry" by Women to Watch and Meio e Mensagem, as well as dubbed the "creative professional of the year" by PROPMARK, Luciana Haguiara's story shows the importance of creative consistency.

Bringing extensive experience from different corners of the globe, including Brazil, Latin America, USA, Europe and Asia, Luciana has spent many years working with multicultural teams for different environments. Her unique fusion of skills in copywriting, advertising, art, and technology gives her work a distinct perspective.

Responsible for delivering creative solutions for the agencies such as Ogilvy, Suno United Creators, and Media.Monks, Luciana also played a pivotal role in helping AlmapBBDO secure the prestigious title of Agency of the Year at the Cannes Festival for two consecutive years, earning recognition as the world's most awarded agency by The Gunn Report. All this while creating and leading memorable, award-winning campaigns for iconic brands such as Getty Images, HP, Volkswagen, Havaianas, Greenpeace, Visa, Youtube, Facebook/Meta, Pepsi, Riot Games, Nubank, and many more.

In 2022, she took on the role of Jury President at the Cannes Lions Festival and also presided over and participated in juries and panels at various local and global festivals, including El Ojo de Iberoamérica, Clio Awards, The One Show, D&AD, ADC Awards, CCSP, Effies Brazil and Latam. With a bag full of awards, one of her works is now a permanent part of MOMA's collection.

Luciana also directed the See It Be It Latam program, completed the Women Leadership Program at Berkeley Executive Education and received certification as an environmental activist through the Climate Reality Leadership Corps Training, under the guidance of Al Gore.

In an industry where change is the only constant, she wants to show that there are faster and simpler ways to communicate brands and create the connection between them and people. That's why she loves to put her hands-on to create and produce ideas that bring beauty, innovation and emotion.
