She has been in leadership roles, requiring an execution focus in complex cross-cultural environments, driving transformation programmes, building capability, and nurturing talent.
Rathi took over the reins of Starcom India in March 2018, keeping up the high momentum and growth rate, attracting top talent and business, and driving meaningful business outcomes for clients like Meta, Stellantis, P&G, Dabur, Abbott, AB InBev, More Retail, Visa, Axis Bank, Lenskart, Nykaa, among many others.
Her past stints also include Vodafone, Group M and Lowe Lintas. In her initial years in media, she has worked on key clients like HUL, Hutch, and Britannia.
