With over 20 years experience in both production and VFX Lily has an unrivaled knowledge of the Asian market and has helped position The Mill as the foremost creative studio in the region.

Under her guidance she has seen the team grow from a small start up to a current team numbering over 100 people with a reputation for first class VFX.
