LONDON, UK // Nikki Chapman is Director of Production at FCB London. Her journey into production began at the age of 22 as young PA at JWT, working her way up the ranks in some of London’s iconic advertising agencies: Saatchi & Saatchi, EuroRSCG, CHI, BBH and Publicis.

Her extensive production experience has taken her around the world shooting in many different locations on some of the world’s most famous campaigns.

Striving for the best in craft. She constantly seeks out new talent and solutions to meet every job that ensures the step change in quality and techniques.

She's been with FCB for 5.5 years, first joining as Head of Broadcast, and was then promoted to Director of Production. She holds an impeccable track record of delivering Award winning exceptional content for brands across multiple disciplines and platforms. She was instrumental in creating content for Sport England's multi award winning ‘This Girl Can’ movement, winning Gold at Cannes amongst many other awards.

She runs one of the best production teams in London as well as juggling a super large family of 6 kids!
