BERLIN, GERMANY // Simona began her journey as an intern at a full-service agency in Bucharest and quickly developed a love for creating globally renowned work. Before arriving at VML Germany she spent 16 years growing from copywriter to ECD at FCB, Y&R, McCann and MRM.

Simona's passion for all things digital and her expertise in leveraging technology to amplify cultural insights have helped her develop notable work for brands such as Coca-Cola, KFC or Mastercard, to name just a few. The same work was recognized by awards at prestigious shows like Cannes Lions, The One Show, New York Festivals, ADC Europe, Golden Drum & more.

She has served on international juries, has organized events and delivered talks on important topics like diversity and inclusion. She is a loving mother to two young boys who inspire her every day.
