He currently heads the Marketing function at Novartis for the US Pharma portfolio of brands and is leading the team on a journey to becoming a world-class marketing organization.

When not leading organizational transformation and helping to build world-class capabilities, Jason enjoys spending his time with his beautiful wife and their amazing three children, traveling, eating, skiing, keeping up with the kids activities, and just being together, having fun and being silly as a family.
