With a diverse portfolio ranging from luxury to life-saving campaigns, Russell has collaborated with LVMH, Coca-Cola, Mikimoto, Pew Charitable Trusts, Mozilla Firefox, Comedy Central, the National Institutes of Health, and the U.S. Agency for International Development.

Russell started his career at MTV, serving as a creative director and art director for various Viacom brands and RTL Media. He has shared his insights as a guest lecturer at institutions like Chelsea College of Arts and George Washington University. Russell has also been recognized by the Shorty Awards, Webby Awards, ADDY Awards, One Show, and D&AD Awards.

During his 13-year tenure at Ogilvy, he partnered with the Ford Motor Company to build affinity and trust with Ford AV. He pushed the Peace Corps to use humor to attract a new audience and encouraged people to look at single malt whisky from another perspective for Glenmorangie.

Today, Russell works at Fors Marsh as chief creative officer. Under his guidance, the team has acquired, rebranded, and executed impactful campaigns, connecting the hearts of issues with the hearts of people, including building confidence in vaccines, defining the meaning of volunteerism for Americans, addressing shortages in blood and plasma supplies, and fostering trust and voter confidence.

In recent years, Russell played a pivotal role in founding Elvie, a groundbreaking technology company revolutionizing the design of tech for women. Elvie breaks taboos and genuinely makes a positive impact in people'’s lives.
