NEW YORK, USA // Natasha is an award-winning executive creative director who has spent her entire career in experiential marketing working on iconic brands across almost every industry – automotive, tech, entertainment, hospitality, food and beverage, fashion, and beauty. She has activated and lead teams across B2C, B2B, and B2E events and experiences for Coca-Cola, McDonald's, Budweiser, Westin, Sheraton, Airbnb, Google, Meta, Reddit, Shopify, Microsoft, Intel, Ford, Lincoln, Mazda, American Express, Goldman Sachs, HBO, Showtime, NBCUniversal, Peacock, Disney+, and many more.

As a child of Latinx immigrants and native Spanish speaker born and raised in Texas, Natasha knows that building a team with diverse lived experience makes for stronger creative work and helps brands better reach their audiences. She believes part of her role as a leader in the industry is to create a more inclusive and diverse workspace for creatives across the industry, which she does by volunteering with industry mentorship programs that celebrate and champion diversity like Verizon AdFellows and the D&AD New Blood Academy X WPP.
