WARSAW, POLAND // She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and Art Students League in New York. She has been associated with advertising since 1999. In the PIAFYS ranking, she took one of the top three places among all creative directors from Poland.

While developing the functions of Chief Creative Officer, DDB Warsaw became one of the most awarded agencies in Poland winning 3 times in a row Agency of the Year and 6 times in a row the title of The Most Effective Agency of The Year. Recently DDB Warsaw was announced again the most Creative Agency of the Year 2023 in Poland.

Since 2012 Zuza won over 100 local and global awards including: 4 Cannes Lions, 7 Eurobest, 6 Golden Drum (including Grand Prix) and other in LIA, Lovie, Shots and Facebook Awards (including 2016 EMEA Regional Facebook Awards) and many in KTR Polish Ad Festival and Effie Awards (including 2 Grand Prix and 2 Euro Effie).

Since 2014 She is a Chairman of the jury of Papaya Young Directors a competition aimed at aspiring directors in the film industry.
