DUBAI, UAE // Anurag Dahiya is the Chief Commercial Officer at the International Cricket Council (ICC), cricket’s global governing body. He is at the helm of ICC’s commercial strategy, leading the execution of all commercial facets surrounding global cricket. Operating from their Dubai base, his team delivers a multitude of global and regional cricket events, manages commercial and media rights partnerships, and oversees broadcast production activities for all ICC events.
With a rich multi-national background in media, Anurag brings a wealth of experience in video content strategy and content operations across a diverse range of organizations. His previous engagements include roles at Singtel, Asia’s leading communications group, and Fox International (formerly ESPN STAR Sports), where he held various content and strategy positions over a span of 20+ years. His content experience is extensive, ranging from launching sports news and cricket channels to managing Mandarin general entertainment. At Singtel, Anurag played a key role in driving the OTT expansion of video offerings through a content super-aggregation model under the Singtel TV GO brand. His tenure at ICC has seen him spearhead the transformation of media rights commercialisation, and he has been a key architect of the ICC’s digital expansion.
