MEXICO CITY, MEXICO // Aldo — affectionately known as “Coco” — has spent 14 years turning the advertising industry upside down, building teams that don’t just win awards—they take creative risks others won’t dare attempt. As Chief Creative Officer at LePub Mexico City, he leads with the belief that collaboration is powerful, but only when it dares to challenge the status quo. Before joining LePub, Aldo co-launched Dentsu Creative Mexico, leading the bold merger of two agencies and fostering a culture obsessed with experimentation. In less than two years, his leadership propelled the agency to Fast Company’s Most Innovative Company of the Year (2024) and the 3rd most creative agency in Mexico (2024). Before that he worked on WPP, Publicis and DDB. Aldo has consistently built agencies from the ground up, led multidisciplinary teams, and created playgrounds for creativity to thrive. At 38 he’s one of Mexico’s most awarded creative leaders, with over 200 global honors, including a Cannes Grand Prix, Grand Clios, One Show Golds, and multiple D&AD Pencils.
