NEW YORK, USA // Jeni Gardner is a global marketing and media executive who works at the intersection of art and science, challenging the status quo to drive better results. Jeni currently serves as the Chief Client Solutions Officer at Carat US where she is instrumental in driving growth and market leadership, continuing to raise the bar for Carat teams and clients every day. She leads and drives transformation initiatives, refines go-to-market strategies, and fosters high-level relationships with Chief Marketing Officers and other senior executives.
Jeni brings over 25 years of industry experience, having spent the first half of her career working at media agencies, and the latter half in client-side positions. Most recently Jeni served as senior vice president of marketing effectiveness and media for Verizon where she oversaw holistic media strategy, investment, and activation driving omnichannel growth.
With an illustrious career rooted in amplifying marketing strategies through consumer-centric and data-driven media plans, partnerships, and innovation, Jeni has been instrumental in delivering growth and value creation for Fortune 200 brands. She solves the puzzle of building innovative marketing and media portfolios that balance bottom-up brands needs with top-down enterprise goals to deliver short-term growth and long-term value creation.

Jeni has held numerous industry leadership roles, including Member, Netflix Client Council (2022–present); Member, National Advertising Review Board (NARB) Self-Regulation Council (2018–2022); Media Leadership, Association for National Advertisers (2010-2021); and Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) Board Member (2018–2021). Amongst her awards are IRTS Hall of Mentorship Honoree (2019), 212NYC Thought Leadership Award (2016), and Ad Age Women to Watch (2015). Jeni graduated from Bryant University, and is an avid music and travel lover. She loves to create memories out of moments with friends and family, especially her husband (Tom), two children (Paisley and Andrew) and the family dog (Coco).
