David Droga

David Droga is Vice Chair of Accenture and the founder of the globally acclaimed creative agency Droga5. He previously served as CEO of Accenture Song, where he led the company to $20 billion in revenue in FY25, up from $12.5 billion when he took the helm. Droga began his career in the mailroom at Grey Sydney at age 18 and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Executive Creative Director at OMON Sydney by 22, and Chief Creative Officer at Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore and London before age 30. He later served as Global CCO of Publicis.

Under his leadership, Droga5 was named “Agency of the Year” more than 25 times and “Agency of the Decade” by both AdAge and Adweek. He is the most awarded creative in Cannes Lions history and the youngest recipient of the Lion of St. Mark, the festival’s lifetime achievement honor. Droga has been inducted into multiple halls of fame, including the New York Art Directors Club, AdNews, and the Australian Writers & Art Directors. His career is marked by a consistent drive to blend creativity with business impact at the highest level.
