BURBANK, USA // Andy Baker is the SVP of Creative Marketing for Disney+, leading creative, operations and creative strategy for all brand, bundle, and multi-title marketing creative for Disney+ and the Disney+, Hulu, ESPN bundle. Andy also oversees creative campaigns for all Walt Disney studio films (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, LucasFilm, Disney Animation, 20th Century and Searchlight) in their post-theatrical lifecycles (EHV, Physical and SVOD/Disney+). Prior to Disney+, Andy worked for Netflix leading a creative and strategy team in charge of product creative/platform assets, and before that was the SVP of Creative at the National Geographic Channel & Nat Geo Wild. Andy started his career in affiliate television marketing working for Fox, NBC and ABC.
Andy has long been fascinated with dissecting the client/agency dynamic and enjoys collaborating with creatives around the world to deliver award-winning, audience-engaging brand creative assets. He even more fascinated by the filmmaking trope of showing characters caressing wheat as a means of thoughtful introspection and is the self-proclaimed leading expert in the analysis of hands-in-wheat in cinema.
