BENGALURU, INDIA // Binaifer Dulani is an award-winning Creative and Founding Partner at Talented. In 2024, she was named South Asia Creative Leader of the Year by Campaign and featured in Impact magazine’s 50 Most Influential Women in India. She is also a Cannes Lions Creative Director of the Year honouree and a See It Be It alum. Her work spans some of India’s most culturally resonant and commercially effective brands. She has furthered progressive womanhood through award-winning campaigns for legacy jewellery brand Tanishq, addressed caste discrimination through her work for Indian blue-collar aggregator Urban Company, preserved the legacies of freedom fighters for century-old FMCG brand Britannia, and built enduring memory structures for India’s #3 travel brand to help take it to #1. Her work has made audiences uncomfortable through IVF, offered reassurance and trust through her inaugural print campaign for one of India’s most enduring institutions, The Hindu, and reshaped what B2B communication can look like when Meta chose to speak to India’s small and medium businesses.
Despite being an introvert, Binaifer has, over the years, barked, rapped, screamed like a woman mid-labour, and mimicked some of India’s most recognisable celebrities in presentations—always in service of the work she believes in. Beyond her creative output, Binaifer co-leads Indian Creative Women, a platform committed to bridging gender gaps in leadership. She teaches at India’s leading universities, is a frequent juror at global award shows—including Cannes Lions, Gerety Awards, OneAsia, and The One Show—and is a vocal advocate for female filmmakers, championing diversity behind the camera while helping shape the future of advertising and inspiring the next generation of creatives.
