LIMA, PERU // Claudia Incio is a Music Director and the Founder of Agosto Music, a global, multi-award-winning music and sound company. Her hard work, passion, and commitment to craft have transformed what began as a small studio in Lima, Perú, into a globally recognized company with operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Spain and across Latin America.

With over 18 years of experience collaborating with leading brands and agencies, she has earned more than 500 international awards, including 58 Cannes Lions (2GPs), 24 D&AD Awards, and multiple Grand Prix at The One Show, Clio Awards, Ciclope, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, among others. She was named Music Supervisor of the Year at One Show 2022, and Agosto Music was ranked #1 Regional in Latin America and #2 Global Music & Sound Company of the Year in 2022 and 2025. Claudia has also served as Jury President at D&AD and as a jury member at Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, Clio Music, Ciclope Festival and Ojo de Iberoamerica.
