LOS ANGELES, USA // A born-and-raised “East Los” Angeleno, Erika has built a dynamic career across major studios, creative agencies, and a global streamer, shaping campaigns that connect with audiences worldwide. She began her journey as an Agent Trainee at WME, where she quickly developed the grit and thick skin needed to thrive in the industry. She went on to rise through the creative advertising departments at Universal Pictures and Walt Disney Studios, contributing to a diverse slate of film campaigns for Fast Five, Scott Pilgrim vs The World, The Avengers, Maleficent, Lincoln, and Guardians of the Galaxy. At Disney, she became a key driver in spearheading multicultural creative focused on authentically engaging Latino audiences. Erika went on to join AV Squad, where she advanced from Producer to Executive Producer to VP/Creative Director, leading creative for over 70 theatrical and streaming campaigns during her tenure. She then brought her expertise to Netflix where, as Director of Global Film Marketing, she led 360° campaigns from strategy to execution for original films including The Killer, Fair Play, Rebel Ridge, and Back in Action.

Today, she co-heads the AV division at the iconic agency Trailer Park, championing bold creative while fostering a culture of teamwork and true collaboration. She’s earned Clios, Golden Trailer Awards, Gemas, and an Emmy along the way. Erika lives in NELA with her husband, Lee, and their two spoiled pups, Frida and Oliver. In her free time, she loves bingeing classic movies, feng shui-ing her house, planning vacations around dining at a single restaurant, and falling down YouTube rabbit holes (usually when she should be asleep). She’s proud to join this year’s Clio jury to celebrate the kind of creative that made her fall in love with this industry in the first place.
