LOS ANGELES, USA // For more years than she would like to admit (OK, fine, 12+ years), Ginny has been creating meaningful connections between consumers and brands through compelling, engaging programs and content across platforms.
She currently leads global consumer marketing at Smashbox Cosmetics (an Estée Lauder Companies brand), a role that oversees digital/social, content marketing, advertising/promotions and integrated marketing communications. Her team recently picked up a Clio Image Award, plus their work has been recognized as a two-time Webby Award Honoree and Shorty Award Finalist.
A recovering print journalist, Ginny formerly covered the intersection of style and entertainment. Her stories have been published in the Los Angeles Times, New York Times, Variety and Teen People, among others. She holds an MA in journalism from USC and an MBA in marketing and strategy from UCLA. When she’s not reading Fast Company, Into the Gloss or Junot Diaz, you can find her secretly devouring lists (and maybe a few cat GIFs) on BuzzFeed.
