SANTA MONICA, USA // Jill Anderson heads the Lionsgate Motion Picture Group’s digital and packaged sales teams. She handles new release and catalog sales strategy for the studio’s more than 20,000 library titles and portfolio of brands and franchises. She also recently spearheaded the launch of LionsgateLimited.com to sell specialty collectors editions of Lionsgate’s extensive catalog library. Anderson was promoted into her present position in April 2023. Previously, she was an SVP of Home Entertainment Sell-Through Sales, a role in which she led Lionsgate’s packaged media home entertainment business for the studio’s largest retail accounts, managing the DVD, Blu-ray Disc and 4K Ultra HD releases of all major franchise and tentpole titles along with a focus on driving higher reach, scale and profitability for the content library. She has driven Lionsgate’s last decade of success in the Steelbook packaged-media segment with releases including Francis Ford Coppola’s Apocalypse Now, Quentin Tarantino’s Reservoir Dogs, Kathryn Bigelow’s The Hurt Locker, James Cameron’s Terminator 2: Judgment Day and Akira Kurosawa’s Ran. Anderson has navigated all of Lionsgate’s major franchise releases since they first began: “John Wick,” “The Hunger Games,” “Saw,” and “The Expendables.”
