As Executive Vice President of Partnership Marketing at Universal Pictures, she manages the strategy and implementation of global partnership campaigns that connect top brands with Universal’s theatrical releases. A results-driven leader, Jill specializes in building transformative brand alliances that deliver measurable impact, drive cultural relevance, and create buzz. Her expertise has been instrumental in launching groundbreaking partnership campaigns for iconic franchises, including Wicked, Jurassic World, Fast & Furious, Minions, Despicable Me, Puss in Boots, Iron Man, Transformers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Mission: Impossible, and Zoolander, among many others.
Known for her creative vision and deep industry relationships, Jill is passionate about developing never-been-done-before collaborations that generate excitement, earned media, and lasting value for both studios and brand partners.
Beyond the studio, Jill is a dedicated mentor with The Hollywood Reporter’s Women in Entertainment Mentorship program, which pairs young women from under-resourced high schools across LA with female executives in film and television.
Now an empty nester, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their dog, and two cats, and spends as much time as possible on the pickleball court.
