BI-COASTAL, USA // Joe Nichols is Executive Creative Director of 360 at Paradise Creative, where he leads series launches and brand campaigns for some of the biggest names in entertainment. Having worked on both the client and agency sides, Joe brings a unique perspective to every project — first as Creative Director of Series Launch and Brand Marketing at Amazon Prime Video, where he helped build the studio’s AV team and led the launch of its first original tentpole, The Man in the High Castle. His campaigns at Amazon aired during the Super Bowl and earned a Cannes Lion along with multiple Grand and Gold Clios. Over his career, Joe has guided acclaimed campaigns for HBO, Disney+, FOX, Amazon, and more, consistently raising the creative bar and helping shows reach global audiences. He’s passionate about uniting strategy with artistry, exploring ways to integrate AI into the creative process, and fostering teams that thrive on collaboration and bold ideas.
