BOGOTA, COLOMBIA // Throughout his career, he has been CCO of Ogilvy Latin America, member of the Ogilvy Worldwide Creative Council and Global Creative Leader of The Coca Cola Company account. He has also been CCO in Latin America for accounts such as McDonald’s, Pfizer, Kimberly Clark and global project leader of the Milo brand for Nestlé. Throughout his career, he has been a speaker in more than 13 countries and a jury member in more than 22 creative festivals around the world, including being President of the Jury at Cannes Lions 2024. Among the festivals in which he has been a jury member are One Show, LIA, Clio, NYF, El Sol, Fiap, Wave, Dubai Linx, Lisbon, Ciclope, Andy, Effie Latam and President of the Jury at El Ojo on 2 occasions. As President of DDB Colombia, he led the agency to be named Agency of the Year at Effie Colombia on several occasions and, for the first time in its history, Agency of the Year at Effie Latam. He also led DDB Colombia to be the second most creative agency in Latin America at El Ojo and the second most effective agency in the world according to Effie Index.
As CCO of the Ogilvy network in Latin America, he led the process that led it to be the Most Innovative Network in the World according to Cannes Lions, Latin American Network of the Year at Cannes Lions, LIA, One Show, D&AD, Clio and Crema. Throughout his career he has won more than 1,200 awards and recognitions in the main festivals of creativity and effectiveness, including 75 Cannes Lions, also the Grand Prix, as well as the Grand Clio, Most Innovative Agency in the World according to Cannes Lions, Agency of the Year in El Sol, Agency of the Year in El Dorado on 4 occasions and has been named the best Creative Director in Colombia and one of the 10 best Creative Directors of the Continent for 12 years in Ojo de Iberoamérica. He has also been listed as one of the 101 most important advertisers in the world according to Forbes and one of the Top 100 Worldwide Creative Leaders according Creativepool.
