LONDON, UK // Naomi McMahon is the Executive Vice President of Global Marketing and Partnerships at Universal Music Group, where she leads the development of integrated, award-winning marketing campaigns with UMG’s global roster of iconic and breakthrough artists. She has spearheaded high-impact partnerships that drive real business results with renowned brands including OREO, Pokémon, Coca-Cola, Budweiser, Ford Lincoln, Activision Blizzard King, Samsung and McDonalds, among many others. Since joining UMG in 2015, Naomi has built a reputation as a trusted partner to senior executives, creators, and media stakeholders. In her position, she leads a global team of brand partnership and commercial executives to deliver value across 40+ markets and elevate the role of music in global advertising and storytelling. Prior to UMG, Naomi held senior marketing roles at Sony Music Entertainment and The VIA Agency. She began her career at Harley-Davidson Motor Company in Milwaukee, where she developed a deep appreciation for brand heritage and consumer loyalty. She holds a master’s degree from Trinity College Dublin.
