Johnson joined Beats in 2010 and has developed the loudest ad campaigns to date for including The Game Before the Game featuring Neymar da Sliva, Jr, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Serena Williams, Lebron James, and many more stars in this World Cup 2014 Ad, Hear What You Want, Show Your Color Solo Campaign, 2012 Summer Olympics, Powerbeats starring LeBron James and The Pills featuring Chris Rock and Eminem.  

The business has grown from $180 million to a $3 billion dollar global icon and category leader under Johnson’s watch.  Beats is the number 1 premium headphone in North America, the UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, South Korea and Singapore.

Johnson career spans 20 years in marketing creating innovative marketing programs for international brands including Nike, Coca-Cola and Campbell Soup.

Johnson is a recognized industry leader, with profiles in Ad Week’s Brand Genius Award 2013, a Cannes Lion Award in 2014 and Clio Sport Best in Film Award 2014 for Hear What What You Want.
