He leads a collective of creatives and their innovative application of art, design, language, technology and experience. With more than 20 years in the creative industry, Paul has led multi-disciplinary teams for brands that include Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Nike, Volvo, Games Workshop, LEGO and BAFTA. He has driven projects with 50+ experts and thousands of hours of invention and application, and also captured the imagination of a CEO with nothing more than a single sheet of paper. He has been awarded by multiple international award shows, as well as judged, lectured and mentored across the industry.
