NEW YORK CITY, USA // Sarah is a Managing Director at AKQA, The Americas, where she drives digital transformation and break through brand experiences for global leaders in sports, wellness, and performance. Over her 10-year tenure at AKQA, she has built and led some of the agency's most pivotal client partnerships, including Nike, lululemon, Mayo Clinic, Therabody, Visa, and L'Oréal. Her journey with AKQA began in London in 2015, where she spearheaded award-winning work for Nike Training and Nike Women's categories. Since relocating to New York, Sarah has continued to architect innovative strategies that bridge digital transformation, customer experience, and brand marketing—consistently delivering work that moves both culture and commerce.

Beyond the boardroom, Sarah is a nationally ranked USA Amateur Boxer and active competitor who brings the same discipline and strategic rigor from the ring to her client work. She serves on the Board of Directors for USA Boxing Metros, advocating to preserve boxing as an Olympic pathway for young athletes. This dual perspective as both an elite athlete and marketing leader—gives her unique insight into the intersection of performance, purpose, and consumer behavior.
