LOS ANGELES, USA // Perry Fair is one of the few figures in marketing and advertising who has driven creative impact across every level of the industry. His career spans multicultural, traditional, digital, social, experiential, events, branded content, and entertainment marketing. He has led agency-side as President, Chief Creative Officer, and Chief Digital Officer, and client-side as Global Head of Brand, Global Head of Creative, Head of Partnerships, and Global Head of Production and Events. Most recently, Perry served as Head of Creative IMC at Mattel, where he redefined how global brands integrate storytelling, strategy, and execution. He led creative for more than 30 brands, unifying AI, social, content, and traditional advertising into one system designed to accelerate impact and deliver award-winning work. In entertainment, Perry helped create the pilot for The Shop while serving as VP, Global Head of Creative at Beats by Dr. Dre. He also built innovative branded content and entertainment properties as Head of Partnerships for Red Bull Media House North America. Perry’s work has influenced culture, earned global recognition, and reshaped how creativity drives business growth. He also wrote and sold a full-length feature, The Four Horsemen, to Intrepid Pictures and Universal Studios.
