NEW YORK, USA // Rik Haslam leads RAPP’s creative department, working closely with the office’s senior leadership team to drive new business growth and create a single-minded focus on creativity across the entire organization. He is charged with helping RAPP build a reputation as the most creative customer experience agency in the U.S. and delivering ideas that transform the ways brands tell stories to engage with their customers.
Rik joined RAPP’s New York office earlier this year, having previously served in senior leadership roles (most recently chief creative officer) for the past seven years at RAPP in the UK. Prior to joining RAPP, Rik worked at a number of leading agencies in the UK, including OgilvyOne, where he produced digital, direct and above-the-line work for brands such as IBM and American Express. He was also the founding creative director of one of the UK’s first and most successful branded content agencies.
