NEW YORK, USA // Sam Sohaili began his career as a magazine art director in New York and Milan. He launched creative agency ink+co in 1994 in NY's meat packing district. Early clients included L'Oréal, Giorgio Armani, Neiman Marcus, HBO and the CFDA. By the late 90's the agency had grown into a full service branding and advertising agency and moved into it's present offices in Soho.. The agency expanded in 2001 with partner Marc Beckman to launch DMA, Representation and Business Development services for fashion lifestyle brands and personalities, as a means of extending marketing's reach. Both divisions of the agency merged in 2012 under DMA United. Today the agency is the unique union of both Advertising and Representation, Sam focuses on all communication and creative duties. Clients include the the New York City Ballet, Lalique, Playboy, MoMA, Mercedes-Benz, CFDA, Sony, Allergan, Numero magazine (Sam is the International Design Director), Andre Leon Talley, and Russell Westbrook.
