NEW JERSEY, USA // Terri leads a global team of multichannel marketers who design, ensure execution of, and optimize integrated multichannel campaigns across the portfolio.  She joined BMS in 2010 as the Executive Director of Marketing and brand lead for the $5B+ mega-brand, Abilify.  That role subsequently expanded to include sales leadership.   In her brand lead role she reinvigorated the Abilify business to increase volume and revenue growth by implementing select innovations and improving disciplined insight and data-driven decision making for the brand. 

Prior to starting with BMS, Terri gained 19 years of broad commercial experience at GlaxoSmithKline including roles in global commercialization with expatriate experience in England, sales, U.S. marketing, and market access.  Just prior to leaving GSK she led a ~$400M late lifecycle US brand to renewed volume growth. 

Terri is a pharmacist with her Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of South Carolina.  Terri is a member of the Board of Managers for Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia, the only all-female visual arts college in the U.S. whose mission is to develop female leaders in the arts.
