NEW YORK, USA // Tessa Conrad is charged with leading how we imagine, build and craft the future of innovation for our people, our clients and ourselves across the global TBWA Collective. Currently based in New York, she’s also worked in Toronto, Hong Kong and Singapore allowing her to bring a global perspective to the table backed up by hands-on experience in a diverse set of markets. She also brings a strong background in operations, making sure innovation at TBWA always comes with a clear business transformation and ops plan in hand to make work that works.

During her time at TBWA she’s co-led the creation of NEXT, which is TBWA’s innovation platform to map, create and scale innovation. From a client perspective she’s been lucky to work on a number of clients across all categories. For fun, you can typically find her reading, gaming, listening to podcasts, building LEGO or binging Netflix.
