To drive social engagement and build word-of-mouth buzz for Nosferatu, we crafted an interactive experience designed to activate the film’s most passionate horror fans.
The campaign began with the mysterious appearance of sigils across social content, billboards, and wild postings, sparking speculation and theories online. Midway through the rollout, we dropped a cryptic microsite with a countdown timer and no context. As the final sigil appeared, the site unlocked and challenged fans to arrange Orlok’s heptagram using the sigils as clues.
Solving it granted access to early screening tickets in major cities, along with film prop recreations, exclusive merchandise, and digital collectibles. The response was explosive, with all screenings and over 1,000 prize packages claimed in under 12 minutes.
