The Museum of Modern Art – one of New York’s top attractions – welcomes millions of locals and tourists each year. In the fall of 2024, with tourism not yet recovered from pre-pandemic figures, the goal was clear: reintroduce MoMA to New Yorkers and increase both brand awareness and perception. Serino Coyne planned and executed a citywide media campaign, speaking to New Yorkers across the boroughs in an intentional and thoughtful way. This campaign expanded upon the Museum’s successes, furthered future growth by reaching new audiences, and provided a strong foundation for continuing marketing efforts.
