“Legal Tracks” turned Kwai’s terms of service — a technical, ignored, and mandatory piece of content — into a cultural campaign.
Based on the insight that 97% of Brazilians don’t read contracts, we partnered with KondZilla — one of Brazil’s biggest funk stars and producers — to create a playlist of 8 tracks that translated legalese into hits.
The process was entirely manual: legal and creative teams collaborated to break down the contract into eight core themes, then worked with artists to compose original tracks.
The campaign was delivered across push notifications, in-app placement, radio, social media, and the artists’ own platforms.
62% of impacted users listened to at least one track, with 70 million impressions.
