SANTA MONICA, USA // Lester started his broadcasting career at MTV Europe in the mid 90s working in programming and production. After launching various channels for Viacom he was headhunted in 2002 to launch 3 new youth/music channels for Sky. In 2004 he took the role of International Creative Director at Discovery Networks where he led channel refreshes, key campaigns and short-form productions.

As a Creative Director in 2011 Lester loaned his talents to London-based creative agency Duke and Earl where he pitched and led a design team winning work for brands such as Nike, Michelin tyres, AOL and the BBC amongst others.

From 2012 he spent another 4 years at The Walt Disney Company where he was Creative Director for Europe , Middle East and Africa relaunching the Disney channels worldwide as well as working across the various productions for Disney parks , Cruises, Theatrical films including Marvel and Star Wars franchises along with the vast digital offerings that come with this entertainment giant.

A lifelong member of Promax Lester became the Director for Europe in 2016 where he shaped the membership community needs with content and speakers for the annual event as well short-form programmes that could be streamed online.

In 2022 Lester joined DixonCo as Creative Director and is also working on Dixon Original content.
