NEW YORK, USA // Justin is currently a highly awarded EVP, Executive Creative Director at Doner. As a passionate creative leader, he oversees work for a suite of brands in a variety of categories including QSR, CPG, automotive, music and sport.
With over twenty years of experience, Justin started his career at Cliff Freeman & Partners and has since made his mark at such agencies as BBDO, Grey, MullenLowe and Anomaly. He’s been part of iconic campaigns for Snickers, Twix, FedEx, Reese’s, Foot Locker, Saucony and many more.
Justin has consistently produced award-winning work honored by every major award show including Cannes Lions, The One Show, Clios, Effies and D&AD. Most recently, he received a Grand Clio for his work on the Saucony NIL Student Nurse Initiative which was a first-of-its-kind NIL deal for student nurses.
When he’s not judging award shows, trying to sell branding-transforming work into clients or just strategizing overall worldwide dominance, he enjoys making music, writing, cartooning and kicking the soccer ball with his three adorable sons.
