NEW YORK, USA // Jana Fleishman began her music career in Communications at Mercury Records in 1992. In 2000, at Island Def Jam Records, Fleishman began working with Mr. Shawn “JAY-Z” Carter, eventually heading Communications for Mr. Carter and artists such as Rihanna and Ne-Yo. She joined Roc Nation in 2009 and now as EVP of Strategy & Communications, works across multiple artist and corporate communications initiatives. Fleishman serves as agent and manager, on behalf of Roc Nation Sports, for WNBA All-Star Skylar Diggins-Smith and star first round draft pick Rickea Jackson as well as working across all Roc Nation platforms on strategy, special content and partnerships.
