NEW YORK, USA // Tim Hrycyshyn is the Senior Vice President of Digital Strategy and Innovation at Republic Records. Since joining the team as Director in 2015, he’s risen to lead the Digital Marketing & Innovation teams, executing marketing campaigns across Republic’s roster of award-winning talent and developing superstars. He is a 5x Clio Music Award winner for his work on projects with Post Malone, Pearl Jam, Jonas Brothers, The Weeknd, and others.
Hrycyshyn and his team have been instrumental in cultivating ground-breaking experiences on Roblox, Fortnite, Beatstar, and other gaming platforms. He was also a key architect of “The Weeknd Experience” on TikTok — a record-breaking initiative during the 2020 release of The Weeknd’s critically-acclaimed, 4th studio album “After Hours.”
He is a 3x Variety Hitmaker award recipient, and prior to joining the Republic Team, was a digital marketing lead for ADA (the Alternative Distribution Alliance) at WMG.
Tim is a graduate of Emerson College and currently lives in New Jersey with his wife.
