Responsibilities

  • Overall Program Development
Lead cross-functional program planning, leveraging market analysis and year-over-year trends to identify growth opportunities across verticals and regions. Drive collaboration with global teams to deliver strategic recaps, optimize operations, and strengthen advisory council engagement.
  • Program Jury Management
Oversee full jury management lifecycle — from sourcing diverse jurors and coordinating communications to ensuring a seamless experience across online and in-person judging. Partner with product, design, and awards teams to implement platform updates and optimize entry materials.
  • Entry Cycle Execution
Manage critical timelines and communications throughout the entry cycle. Provide consistent support to entrants and ensure internal documentation and tracking are maintained through platforms like Freshdesk and shared research tools.
  • Online & Onsite Judging
Own the end-to-end planning and execution of judging experiences in partnership with Event Operations. Lead onsite staffing, daily comms, and juror engagement to ensure judging runs smoothly and efficiently, both virtually and in-person.
  • Awards Results & Show Prep
Coordinate internal workflows to deliver accurate judging results, populate show materials, and prepare all winner-facing assets. Oversee quality control processes and testing across the Winners Gallery, show assets, and trophy production.
  • Special Events & Sponsorship
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling programming for special events and support the sponsorship team with pitch ideas and deliverables. Provide onsite support and nurture key juror and stakeholder relationships year-round.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in program management, event operations, production, or a related field — ideally within media, entertainment, creative, or awards industries.
  • Brings strong data driven thinking and experience in data handling and quality control — reviewing and cleaning results, managing judging assets, and ensuring accuracy in public-facing materials.
  • Proven ability to manage complex timelines, logistics, and cross-functional coordination across multiple departments (e.g., product, design, client services).
  • Experience working with external stakeholders, such as jurors, speakers, or industry professionals — maintaining strong communication and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with event or program lifecycle management — from planning and judging through final execution and post-event wrap-up.
  • Proficiency with tools such as project management software (e.g., Monday, Trello, Airtable), CRMs, Freshdesk, and Excel/Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and communications.
  • Is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion within creative recognition programs
  • This role requires international travel for durations of up to two weeks, depending on program requirements and business priorities.
