NEW YORK CITY, USA // Andrea Nirsimloo is Managing Partner at MSQ Sport + Entertainment. She launched the US outpost of the specialist agency alongside Paul Anastasiadis and Steph Lund in early 2025. The trio has since built the team and client roster to include brands across sports & fitness, beverage, student-athlete mental health and youth sports. The agency offers services in earned marketing, creative, live production and partnerships. Andrea was previously President and Partner at M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment North America. She was at the agency for 12 years and oversaw the agency’s sports work, creating earned communications strategies that drove key business objectives for some of the world’s largest brands.

Clients under her leadership included adidas, Coca-Cola, AXE, BODYARMOR, Powerade, Reebok, Red Bull, King Games, NOBULL, Specialized, WHOOP, Oakley, Five Iron Golf and Paris Saint-Germain FC. She also led the agency’s corporate communications practice, consulting with brands including Reebok, WHOOP, TaylorMade Golf, Activision Blizzard and Coca-Cola on all aspects of executive thought leadership as well as managing crisis and internal communications. In addition, she worked with the agency’s Executive Leadership Team to manage operations and support the agency’s staff across the United States, and partnered with M&C Saatchi’s sister agencies and leadership teams in markets globally.

Andrea is originally from the UK where she worked at former PR Week Agency of the Year Mischief, across brands including Electronic Arts, SEGA, Krispy Kreme, Playboy and General Motors. Andrea graduated from the University of Durham in England with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and she also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism. Andrea resides with her husband and two children, Frankie and Ralph, in Chappaqua, New York. Andrea is a sports devotee, but is particularly fanatical about soccer, especially her beloved Newcastle United FC.
