NEW YORK CITY, USA // Trisha Ayyagari joined L’Oreal in 2005 on Maybelline’s Global Marketing Team and quickly grew within the company. In 2010, Trisha moved to France to join the L’Oréal Paris Global Marketing team on the Haircolor category. She was soon promoted to Director, demonstrating strategic vision and a great acumen on product development and content creation. In 2012, Trisha returned to New York as an Assistant Vice President on the Maybelline Global Marketing team and was promoted three years later to the SVP of Marketing. Through her expertise in product innovation and communication, she accelerated the brands growth by entering new makeup artistry categories such as brows, lips and face artistry – and transformed the media approach to be digital and social first.

In September 2019, she became Global Brand President. She prioritized finding new growth drivers such as becoming #1 makeup brand in emerging markets and recruiting a multi-ethnic Gen-Z consumer base. Maybelline is the #1 makeup brand in the world and reaches approximately 200 million consumers worldwide. Trisha is a beauty lover, a true makeup expert and a consumer-obsessed marketer. She embodies the core values of the Maybelline brand – on the pulse and hardworking, with a strong belief in diversity at the core. Trisha was born in Massachusetts and now resides in New York City with her husband and two kids. Trisha received her BS from Babson College and a MBA from Columbia University.
