In addition to landing commercial syncs for heavy hitters Doja Cat (Marc Jacobs, Airbnb, SiriusXM) and Latto (ZOA Energy, Triscuit, Bose), Kristen has been instrumental in securing bespoke recording opportunities for RCA artists across all media, including Dev Hynes (Blood Orange) for Instagram’s 2023 “Connection” campaign, Flo Milli for 7-Eleven’s “Anything Flows” campaign (winner of the “2024 Spotify Mic Drop: Best Overall Campaign”) and 2024 box office smashes Twisters (Tyler Childers) and Bad Boys: Ride Or Die (Becky G, Flo Milli).
Prior to joining the RCA team, Kristen oversaw the sync licensing teams for Glassnote Records and Atlas Music Publishing after cutting her teeth at SONGS Music Publishing. Over the span of her 15-year career, Kristen has spoken on panels at Digital Entertainment World Expo, The GMS State Of Music In Media Conference and A2IM Indie Week. She was also recognized as one of Billboard’s 2022 Women In Music Top Executives. Kristen lives in Los Angeles with her husband, son, and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
